From Durban travel along the N3 towards Harrismith. Pass Hilton and take exit 99 Howick South/Underberg. At the bottom of the ramp to left and continue along R617 to Underberg. Drive straight through Underberg and continue for approximately 4km. Turn right onto the Drakensberg Gardens road, if you go over the Umzimkhulu bridge, you have gone to far. Continue along the Drakensberg Gardens road for exactly 28km, the cottage is on your left and can be identified by the green sign. If you get to the Drakensberg Gardens resort gate, you have gone to far and must go back 1km.
From Johannesburg travel along the N3 towards Durban. After passing Howick/Midmar dam, take exit 99 Howick South/Underberg. If you are using a GPS in order to get to Esigodini, please type in "Gooderson Drakensberg gardens golf & spa resort". The cottage gate will be on your left 1km before the Resort entrance.
